Failure while flashing Drive AGX Xavier via SDK Manager

We have been encountering an error while flashing the DRIVE AGX connected to a Ubuntu Host. Below is a screenshot of the error and also the relevant software details. Please advise on what the problem could be and how we can proceed in this case. Thank you!

Dear @niveditha.bhat,
The log indicates, target could not set to recovery mode. Could you share lsusb output on host. Do you see difference in lsusb when target is connected/disconnected?

Thank you for the response.

The first is with USB connected and second is without.

There is definitely a difference when the target is connected or disconnected.

These entries appear only on connecting.

After connecting the target, please check connecting to aurix console via minicom and run tegrarecovery x1 on and tegrareset x1 to set Tegra A in recovery mode. After setting Tegra A into recovery mode, I would expect to see an additional NVIDIA device entry in lsusb log.
