When trying to render scenes, I’m having a bit of difficulty with the following:

  • I don’t know if there is an undo/redo function for cameras - sometimes cameras are moved by mistake, often resulting in having to manually move camera back in place

  • The Animation timeline does not have remove keyframe button

  • Create does not allow to render animation timeline altogether with SunStudy animation timeline, resulting in having to select only one. We would like to render both.

We’re running Create version 2022.1.4, and the workstation specs are as follows:

CPU: 11th Gen Intel Core I5 - 11400F @2.60 GHz 6 cores
RAM: 16GB
STORAGE: 1TB SSD
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (12GB)

Hi @natalia1, thanks for the feedback!

  • Unfortunately no undo for the camera, but we are working on improving this feature in the future. You can lock your cameras by locating them on a separate USD layer, OR you can lock your camera transformations (select Camera, go to Transform, right click Translate / Rotate and select lock).
  • The new curve editor in the current release has add, delete, copy & paste key features.
  • We will submit a feature request for rendering animation and SunStudy at the same time.
