Can the files we access through localhost be accessed another way? I needed to clone my hard drive and all my files changed their addresses, but when I download omniverse again, my localhost is empty. Can I redirect to the files? In this case, my projects were saved directly in it.
Yeah this is why I am not a fan of just using Nucleus localhost. It has no easy backup. If you cloned your hard drive perfectly, why would you lose Omniverse or your files ? Everything should be exactly the same. ???
If you have completely reinstalled omniverse and nucleus you may have lost it all.
My advice, do not use Nucleus. Just don’t install it and use normal windows file system. I use Dropbox. Sorry to hear this.
In fact they were lost… But luckily I managed to access the old computer and downloaded all the files from localhost (easiest way for a backup apparently) and uploaded them to the new computer, but I need to change some paths to the new disk. It’s good to know that you can normally use another file system, it’s better to migrate to something easier to access. Thank you!
