I have screen tearing in every game without VSync and many people to solve this go to device manager uninstall graphic card and install it back again from the nvidia graphics card support. In my opinion i am not sure that this is going to fix it and i don’t want to risk something like that. If someone knows anything about this please i will pay him to solve me this problem
