SDK Manager install JetPack 5.1.4 FAILED

install to both SD and NVME FAILED.
the first log is for installing to NVME SSD.
the second log is for installing to SD.
the board has both SD and NVME.

Is this a NV devkit or custom board?

NV devkit and bought from Nvidia official shop site in 2020.
At that time, I could flash jetpack 4.

my project need the board again this year.

Try to dump the serial console log during flash failure.
