SDKManager fails to recognize Jetson Xavier NX

I have a Jetson Xavier NX Devkit board. I could have used SDK manager to reflash JetPack 5.1.2 many times, but after a failed reflash (I didn’t keep the error record), my Xavier NX was not recognized.

  • First of all, I can’t find NVIDIA Corp using lsusb.

  • Then, I ruled out the cable problem, because the Orin NX on the carrier board that I developed myself could be identified.

I think Xavier NX can’t enter REC mode properly or is damaged, so what should I do in this situation?

Put the Orin NX module on the Xavier NX carrier board.
If it’s recognized, then that means it’s the module itself that is broken.
Please RMA it.
