With RC3 already being out there, is there any plan to support it…

This is particulary interesting for intel/nvidia users (optimus), since changes that came on intel side of things are quite massive.
Driver version 319.76 – which was released about a week ago – has support for the Xorg 1.15 ABI. I’m not sure if any of the new features are implemented though. I suspect 1.15 support will be rolled up into the newest branch on the next update.
The released today 173.1439 legacy driver, probably the last release of that branch, also has support for Xorg 1.15. That just leaves the 304 branch, which will likely get a new version very soon now.
