Tegra A dead but Tegra B is running

Hi,

Tegra A is unable to boot while Tegra B is working fine.
It was working fine 2 days ago but suddenly stopped responding.

Here is what I have achieved so far.
1 - Reflashed Tegra A : No success
2 - Reflashed Tegra A+B : No success
3 - Switched power cables with other PX2 to eliminate cord issues : No success
4 - Setup minicom connection on /dev/ttyUSB2 : No success, cannot connect but works fine with tegra B /dev/ttyUSB6
5 - Connected to AURIX via /dev/ttyUSB1 and ran the following:

Could you check the Aurix SW location(RUN or RRG)?
Did you switch harness cable?

Yes I did switch the harness cable : No success.
Aurix SW location is on RUN.

It is not easy to identify the cause of the phenomenon that the sample which worked well suddenly does not come out easily.
Did not the board have any physical/electrical damage?

Hi Steve,
No, everything is the same.
One of the camera ports got damaged while debugging the Tegra A start up problem (that happened after the issue) but other than that everything is ok.
What is the best way to get PX2 hardware diagnosed?
Do we need to send the device to Nvidia for further support?
This is a blocking issue for our development as we need both Tegra A and B operational.
