The wheels in the Isaac Sim URDF are not rotating

“The above is a file containing the robot’s URDF.”
“I was following the Isaac Sim GUI tutorial. I inserted the robot’s URDF, selected the base first according to the tutorial, then selected the wheels and gave them rotational joints.”
“I played the video, and as a result, along with the error shown in the picture, the wheels did not rotate.”
