Can the TK1 support other configurations for the 4-lane CSI-2 port? e.g. a 2 lane CSI MIPI imaging sensor?

the answer is yes.

share the Jetson TK1 CSI description as below,
CSI-A interface support 1 clock lane and up to 4 data lanes for CAM1.
CSI-B interface support 1 clock lane and up to 4 data lanes for CAM2 or 1 data lane for CAM3.

you can have 1~4 lane sensor connected to CSI-A or CSI-B,
or having dual camera configuration with a 1~4 lane sensor connected to CSI-A and a 1-lane sensor to CSI-B.
