TX2 module boot issue

Dear sir :

We build a hardware platform include fpga and Tx2 module. FPGA control VIN_PWR_BAD# and POWER_BTN# . Then the TX2 CARRIER_PWR_ON become high , RESET_IN# become high , RESET_OUT# become high but uart0 no debugg message output . Could you help me what pin need to control ?

Hi, please check strapping pins chapter in OEM DG first to make sure your design will not affect the pins status during power-on.

The strapping pins don’t connect anything , only float.

There is power sequence and timing figure in OEM DG, did you test and compare with it? Basically if power sequence is correct and no other IO pins are in wrong status, it should work.
