Raising new topic as it is new issue referred from in continuation from another thread below:
Even without pressing any keys in the key board from USB or console port connected to HOST PC , we see the UEFI screen is flickering…
Note:Once we connect the serial port( console mode) pins with RX, TX and GND pins to a trans receiver which is powered up using a USB to serial cable connected to host pc, then we wont see this issue.

It seems the hw issue in your custom design, please let me check with internal.
We were able to fix this issue which was related to hardware.
The TX And RX lines from serial debug port were in floating state which was causing this issue.
We tied them pull up with 10k resistors which resolved this issue.
Now we are able to control.the console with control from both host pc keyboard and jetson device connected keyboard.
