USB do not recognize in RCM

The original problem is that my AGX orin is not comming up, in the monitor it looks like it stuck in the middle of loading the OS.
I tried to reflash it from SDK using vmware 20.04. But when I turn my AGX into recovery mode it do not recognize in my windows computer- it writes in the windows device manager APX, and in the linux I cant find it in the lsusb list.
I tried to find a windows driver to solve the recognition problem.
When the AGX is connected not in recovery mode it appears in Device manager and in the lsusb list.
I must say that I’m really surprised how much Nvidia’s boards are not robust and so easily get errors, hope it will be fix in the future.

Several users have issues when running virtual machines. I recommend you move into a physical Ubuntu computer. Is this possible?

Could you follow the user successful experience and check whether the issue exist?

Our recommended approach is still native ubuntu to flash your device.
