We saw there is a newer JetPack release (5.1.1 rev1) than our 5.1.

Does the newer 5.1.1 version fix the PCIe issues we previously described in this thread:

If we upgrade to 5.1.1 r1, do we have to apply the PCIe patch like before in the above mentioned thread?

Hopefully 5.1.1 fixes the PCIe bug issue, but we wanted to make sure before upgrading.
