这是在不同环境温度下,测试Jetson Xavier NX 开发者套件峰值电流的情况:
模组型号:Jetson Xavie NX 16GB。
开发板型号:Jetson Xavier NX 开发者套件。
12V供电,NX模组功耗模式=4。峰值电流为功率计上显示的Imn最大值。
测试过程:将环境温度控制到指定值后,保持0.5小时,NX模组上电,进行测试。测试结束后断电,设置下一温度值,以此类推。
CPU测试方法:stress -c 6。
GPU测试方法:./gpu_burn 400。
测试结果:

我们测试了多块NX模组,情况相同。需要您确认的问题是:
1.温度低于某个临界值后,NX模组功耗增加。这是正常情况吗?如果是普遍情况的话,基本原理是什么?有没有相关文献支撑?
2.这种功耗增加情况,会不会随着长时间使用后恶化?
Every module may have different power consumption due to module to module variance due to silicon characteristics and component BOM like 8GB/16GB memory, but will be within a range like say +/-15% across the operating temperature range.
Long term variance in power consumed will depend on the thermal solution, TIM characteristics degradation over time and temperature cycling. With good thermal solution it should not vary much or be within a tolerance range as above.
