I’m trying to install Audio2Face but it gives me always the same error.
I don’t know why it gives me that error.

I just published the same report.
This is probably a problem that occurs when Audio2Face is installed on a non-English OS.
We are looking into the issue with non English Windows and hope to have a fix soon. Thank you for the patience

The minimum hardware requirement is a RTX based graphics card and M4000 unfortunately is not supported.
You can find more information at the bottom about HW / OS requirements.
Same issue, Audio2Face (v2021.2.4) won’t launch.
Attempted various solutions listed here:
**Tried deleting shadercache dir
**Was able to launch kit.exe alone
**Create app runs, btw

I have USB audio device and looks like this fixed the issue. I am able to open the app now. I think they should add better audio detecting lib.

Well spotted! This fixed it for me running 2021.2.4 with several USB audio devices and RTX Broadcast virtual devices. Thanks!

I have All the requirements and basic checks but after the new update (2021.2.4) F2A stuck in luncher and crashes… it was working with the last version without any issue
Can you provide bit more information? A capture video also can help.
Hello. I have window 10 21h1. Here are my specs: 3070 ti 64gb of ram. core i7 7700k.
audio 2 face crashes on startup. I should note I have a evga nu audio card and a yeti microphone.
I don’t know if that matters to much two extra devices. I followed launching the interface through
the program window. That worked. But starting up audio2face. It can’t do it. Is this because my cpu is
too old?

Would you able to provide some of the infos below that can help us investigate the issue better?
Which version of Audio2face you are running?
As the app crashes at launch, can you try get the log file ? On Launcher, click your profile icon on the top right corner and go to Settings. If you click the OPEN LOGS LOCATION
Then from that log folder, go to ./Kit/Audio2Face/ and you should find the log files there. Can you share the latest one you got in the forum?

Thanks we will take a look. The CPU isn’t too old so that should not be the problem. The microphone and sound card are all fine, as long as those are set or your default before you start up Audio2Face.

Took a look at the log, seems there are some permission issue here. This is an odd one as we have not seen this, but just for testing, if you made sure directory permission is open there, see if that would work? This should not need to be done but just for testing see if that helps.

No luck. I installed it twice on another ssd and the boot ssd. I made sure the I gave permission to the file directory. On the 3 drives.

I’m having a similar issue as Stevesparkes. The app launches and doesn’t crash - I am able to navigate around and hear the sound provided etc. but I do not see anything in the viewport. I have tried all fixes provided earlier and nothing seems to work for me so far.
My Microsoft Windows Version is 20H2 (OS Build 19042.964)
Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080TI - driver version: 471.11
Audio2Face version 2021.2.5

Thanks for your interest in trying out Audio2Face.
The current requirement for the app is an RTX card. GTX card is currently not supported.
Hope you are able to get an RTX and experience the A2F app in the future :)
