Code 2022.3.0 missing omni.code.replicator.kit file

I just installed Omniverse Code 2022.3.0
I went to run omni.code.replicator.bat and found out that apps/omni.code.replicator.kit is missing from the install. I will try the kit file from 2022.2.0 but would like the correct kit file for the version of 2022.3.0

the two files in code-2022.3.0/apps are:
omni.code.full.kit
omni.code.kit

maybe the install failed in some way without an error. does anybody else have the replicator kit file for 2022.3.0
