Desktop icon is not allowed launching defaultly

Dear nvidia:
I found that the desktop icon was not allowed launching defaultly when I flash the whole customer board.I created user counter by using command “sudo ./l4t_create_default_user.sh -u admin -p admin” before flashing.When the system starts up,the desktop icon is not allowed launching defaultly and displayed below:

what’s the reason?

I am using the Jetpack 5.1.1.This is an occasional phenomenon. If I flash the whole board again, the desktop icon may be normal.What is the root cause?In addition, I also found that my own player can’t play MP4 videos, but if I flash the whole board again, I may be able to play it properly.

You may consider upgrade to Jetpack 5.1.2 and check if the issue is still present.
