Dev board issues

I have been having issues with my Xavier for the past couple days. First my USB peripheral devices stopped working, and then I noticed it smelled like something was burning near the DC jack. I turned it off and then used a thermal camera and noticed the IC U523 was getting extremely hot whenever power was turned on. I’m guessing something fell onto the carrier board and shorted something out.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get replacement carrier boards? Or to get a repair service for one? From what I can tell that chip is what drives Display Port over the USB Type C port, so I could probably just take it off? But I really don’t like soldering QFN chips
