Issue Description

Hello NVIDIA Team,

we currently have six radars successfully connected to its Matenet ports on the mgbe2_0 interface. We can see over tcpdump the expected multicasts of the radars.

We want to use two additional radars that we connected to two of the QUAD HMDT ports (e.g. Port 5 and 9 from Switch-2) on interface mgbe3_0. However, we do not receive any data from them.

When we connect a media converter to the port we can receive multicast messages sent to the same destination and port from it. We can also receive data sent from the radar over the same media converter.
Our current assumption is that the ports are configured to 1G-BASE-T1, while the radars only support 100M-BASE-T1.

Is there any way to downgrade the Mode/Speed of a specific port or an entire switch from 1G-BASE-T1 to 100M-BASE-T1? Or, do you perhaps have any other recommendations?

Let me check if it is feasible and get back to you.
