Fail to boot Jetson Xavier NX

First, I successfully booted with JetPack 4.5. Then, I reflashed my SD card with JetPack 5.1.3, but it didn’t work. (I am using xavier nx)
When I tried booting again with the JetPack 4.5 version, I encountered this issue (as shown in the image). Please help me boot this.

Please record the serial console log for us to review.
To record a serial log, please review below link

If your target JP version is JP5.x, other recommended way is to get the native ubuntu 18.04/20.04 and install sdk manager to flash your device.
