Are you on Ubuntu 24.04 host machine or?

Using devkit or with custom carrier board?

hello,kayccc

i’m using Ubuntu 22.04 host machine and devkit . I tried Ubuntu 24.04 in the morning, but after the devkit entered recovery mode, lsusb couldn’t detect it, so I switched to Ubuntu 22.04 instead.

Hi,

Please ensure that the flashing cable is connected to the J81 recovery port.

Thanks

I’ve already connected the Type-C data cable to J81. I’m currently using Ubuntu 24.04, but the flashing process fails at around 80%. Could you please help me check what might be causing this? I’d prefer not to use a USB drive for flashing because I want to use version R38.2.1.

After switching the USB controller to 3.1, it seems to have succeeded this time. Could it be that the 2.0 controller isn’t very compatible?

It could be as we’re not sure your system status.
