Hello, I am getting black flickering at the top of the screen on my new RTX 4060TI under no load.
This happens on any driver version available for this card.
- OS: Windows 11 22621.2070.
No problems have been noticed under high load. Only when working at a computer with a low load on the GPU.
An identical problem has been seen with the people in this post.
The developers there also said they were aware of the problem and were fixing it, but this topic was dedicated to Linux, so I thought it was worth reporting that an identical problem was seen on Windows.
