Kindly share the logs from your ~/.nvsdkm/ directory for us to examine. While waiting for that, could you try reflashing after restarting your host system and confirming at USB 2.0 speed?

Hi

I attached ~/.nvsdkm directory. I tried reflashing after restarting my host system and it is USB 2.0 speed.
nvsdkm.zip (1.4 MB)

Thank you,

Thank you for sharing the ~/.nvsdkm directory. Could you kindly share the log located at the specified path so we can take a look?

Hi,

This is the log,

pdkinstaller.log (208.3 KB)

Thank you.

I came across some error messages in the log file. I’ll consult with my team on this. In the meantime, could you follow the installation guide and attempt to flash using Docker?

Thank you for your help and support.

Thank you VickNV, flashing was successful using Docker.
But can you please let me know the root cause of flashing using sdkmanager failed?

Great to hear that the flashing was successful using Docker. We will investigate the root cause of the failure using sdkmanager and update you with our findings.

Dear @user158496,
Could you please remove ~/.nvsdkm/ folder and check uninstall the driveos 5.2.6 using sdkmanager and check installing again? Please share ~/.nvsdkm/logs and ~/.nvsdkm/sdkm*.log if you face any issue…

Dear @user158496,
Did you get a chance to test above ask?

Hi SivaRama,

I haven’t tried it yet since flashing using docker works.
I will let you know as soon as I try it.

Thank you

Hi SivaRama,

It works, I uninstall it and flash it using sdkmanager.

Thank you,
