Install jetpack 4.3 on jetson tx2 with orbitty carrier board

Connecting the orbitty carrier board with the jetson tx2 resulted in a problem that could not be USB.
I installed CTI-L4T Board Support Package Installation for NVIDIA Jetpack to orbitty carrier board.
Use jetpack 4.3.
Next, I try to install jetpack 4.3 on TX2.
But I can’t use USB again.
Please help me

Generally speaking, you’d need to ask the people who made Orbitty. However, one common issue is using a BSP which was meant for a different release. Is your Orbitty BSP intended for use with JetPack4.3?
