[Isaac Sim 4.2 BUG] Changes made to joint translation in property inspector are not reflected in viewport

In IsaacSim 4.2, changes made to the joint translation in property inspector are not reflected in viewport. Instead, to see the changes reflected in the viewport, you need to unselect / select back the joint. This is not an issue in Isaac Sim 2023.1.1
