I get an error whenever I am trying to submit the assessment. I have achieved the score higher than the required threshold and I have created multiple files but still doesnt generate a completion message. attaching screenshot for reference

In the progress page there are two bars: one for progress and one for your grade. In order to receive your certificate, you need to earn a passing grade (I believe 90% for this course), while the progress bar only indicates whether or not you’ve interacted with all sections of the course. According to our records you have not passed the assessment for the course, and that screenshot reflects the same.
