Jetson AP specific static ip per mac address

Hi all,

Was not sure where to ask this question, but this feels like to right place
I am trying to set up an access point on my Xavier NX. This is currently working fine, using nmcli. I can connect to it with devices etc. But I would like to set a static ip according to a mac address. Where should I configure this?
I found the isc-dhcp-server package and I assume network manager is using this? So I tried to configure it in /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf but this didnt seem to have any effect.
