Jetson nano does not boot, no data via serial port

Hi,
Some time ago i bought jetson nano setup, and now i tried to run it.
But when connect power supply and HDMI monitor, nothing happen.
I tried to investigate this issue via serial port (DFRobot converter USB-UART FTDI FT232RL) but there is no data received.

The question is there posibility that my jeston nano setup is damaged?
Is the serial port converter used by me is supported by jestos nano?

If any aspecific information is needed, please ask.

Regards,
Robert

This is an explanation of what is required for serial console:

Make sure your serial UART is a “3.3V” level. “1.8V” and “5V” will not work.

Even if you are talking about another serial UART, then I think you would still need 3.3V (the above URL is for serial console). You may want to clarify if serial console was showing nothing, or if it was another UART.
