Hello, I just recently got a Jetson Orin Nano developer kit, and I’ve been having a bit of a hard time in getting it up and running. I’ve set up an Ubuntu machine, used the SDK Manger to flash both an SD and an SSD, and also tried using an iso via baleena etcher - all produce the same problem . The nano starts up, tries to go through the boot process and then crashes either before the login screen, or shortly after I type in my credentials. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Can you confirm that you are performing the following steps as shown on RidgeRun’s Orin Nano developer wiki page? Which is your Ubuntu OS version?
I would also like to know how to get the SDKManager logs to help you with the error and is it possible to have a serial log of the Jetson device? You can get it by following this steps before flashing the device with the SDKManager:
With these logs, I will be able to get more information on what is causing your error.

Thank you for offering assistance - I am using Ubuntu 22.04 - I’ve attached the SDK logs. I have been following the guide as best as I can.
Basically, I seem to crash at random times after boot - sometimes i make it past the login screen, but not always. It seems to crash at random.

It seems that you were able to flash correctly the device so it your error seems to be related to the boot system. Could you get serial access to the device as mentioned on this steps?
You should access the device from your host computer via minicom before turning it on; once the serial connection stops showing messages, could you share the complete log? This would be really helpful to give you better support.
