Jetson TX2 MIPI CSI-2 without I2C from FPGA

I would like to use a tx2 with jetpack4.4 running L4T 32.4.3 to read a MIPI CSI-2 without L2C from a FPGA. However,after I had all steps done according to Jetson AGX Xavier MIPI CSI-2 without I2C from FPGA
there is no video0 in the list of device and the output of dmesg shows
[ 7.344716]Could not create tracefs’ov5693_s_stream’directory

Is there anyone meeting the same problem? Thank you very very much

Looks like this message doesn’t matter with the video node register.

What dmesg | grep -i ov5693
