Jetson Xavier Nx Crashes randomly

I’ve been attempting to use Jetson Xavier NX for my project, but it keeps crashing, sometimes randomly. My entire codebase could first be put up and tested on Jetson. The following day it ceased to function while it was in operation. Before it stalled and finally turned off, the screen showed the Nvidia loading screen. Not yet, anyhow. When I rebooted it after reflashing it, the screen froze and it stopped working in the middle of copying the boot files to the SD card. Even when I haven’t run any commands, it will occasionally crash—for example, after the first time I set it up, have not even opened the terminal yet and it crashes. I have searched and read so many forums but I no solution worked for me. I am using the EMMC version and I am using VMware workstation 17 to flash. I have been facing this problem for more than 2 weeks now.

Ubuntu version: 18.04
Tried flashing with both command line and sdk manager.
VMware 17 Windows version/Virtual Box 7 [I have tried both]
Guide for setting up jetson: https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/JETSON-NANO-DEV-KIT
Jetpack Version: tried 5.1.2 and 5.0.2
I don’t understand if there is some software issue or hardware issue.

Please find a non VM ubuntu host to test.

okay, will try that. It will take some time to request for that at my company. Although I do want to ask, how is it that the waveshare guide is able to flash using VMware workstation and make it work but it fails on my jetson?
Although when I flash it from my VM, SDK manager shows flashing is successful. Even on terminal after running sudo ./flash.sh [command ] it prints flash is successful

Then you could dump the serial console log from the board and see why it crashed.
