Why in datasheet " NVIDIA Jetson TX1 Product OEM Design Guide" max lenght wire from connector SOM to connector USB 150mm (6In), while standart USB max lenght wire 5000mm (200In)?
Traces on a board are more susceptible to interference than twisted pairs. I’m sure this difference is reflected in the spec.
The max length requirement in datasheet is claimed for PCB trace length on carrier board not the USB cable length.
The 5000mm requirement is for USB cable length
