Needing an RMA for Jetson AGX Xavier

Hello Nvidia support team,

My Jetson AGX Xavier was damaged in a fall. The dense contact points between the motherboard and the heatsink have disconnected. Additionally, three pins on the outward-facing side of the motherboard, which were originally soldered to a header, have also broken off.

I would like to request an RMA, as this particular model of Xavier is no longer available for purchase.

The forum is to support techincal issue, and triage whether it;s HW problem for RMA.
But yours is damaged by a fall, I don’t know if the RMA team can support to do the repair, you should discuss with them.
