Nucleus fails (ubuntu)

In my ubuntu environment,
the nucleus server fails every morning after the workstation is rebooted.
when accessing the nucleus setting page, a blank white screen is displayed.

To resolve this issue, nucleus needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled daily.

Is this issue only happening to me?

This is an issue we haven’t heard about before.
Please validate you’re on a supported version of Ubuntu Hardware Sizing Guide — Omniverse Nucleus latest documentation (nvidia.com)

Also, please send us logs so we can see what’s happening.

Have you attempted to restart the services from within the System Monitor? http://localhost:3080/

May I ask what you are using Nucleus for in your workflow ? Are you talking about connecting to your Enterprise Nucleus or just your localhost Nucleus ?

It’s the localhost nucleus

Ok and why do you need to use Localhost ? It is not required for any workflow except LIVE workflow. If you are having issues with it just uninstall it and don’t use it. There is not a requirement to store your usd files in nucleus. I do not use it or need it.

@impell please take a look at the sizing guide and instructions I pointed to with system monitor. Let us know how it goes please.

it doesn’t seem to be a sizing issue. I had restarted it from the settings console http://localhost:3080/. However, at some point, it just showed a white screen http://localhost:3080/, and I had no choice but to reinstall it

browser console log shows some 404 errors (GET http://localhost:3080/static/js/~~~.chunk.js net::ERR_ABORTED 404 ~ )

@impell as I have previously stated you DO NOT NEED Nucleus. If it is working, great. If it is not, please uninstall and do not use it. It is NOT REQUIRED for Omniverse. Nucleus Enterprise has its uses. Nucleus Localhost is just a way to access some local samples.
