Just installed Omniverse Launcher on a new Dell Laptop and it refuses to launch giving me a ‘failed to get documents path’ error. I’ve tried running the clean up tool and that didn’t resolve the issue. I’m out of ideas?
@ckostelny i am just another user, but do you happen to have OneDrive? try to disable it and remove the associated folders like My Documents from its sync folder. there have been some users who had issues with it altering the OV installation paths.
I’m actually not sure what I did to make it work. I actually enabled OneDrive and after about a dozen unsuccessful launches, the app seemed to launch normally.
