Hello @Jeff_Costello! The dev team said that it looks like your launcher is failing to open the default browser to proceed with the authentication.
What is your default web browser? and What is your Operating System?

Yes, correct my default web browser was setup to none ?!?
Changing to something has fixed the issue.
