Prompt for SDK manger exception password error

When I tried to use sdkmanger to install tensorrt for my Jetson nano, sdkmanger repeatedly prompted me that my password was wrong, but I repeatedly confirmed that there would be no problem with the password I entered. Does anyone know why?

Hi 3058563015,

Can you show me where prompted the password?
Thanks!

and my jetson cannot use terminal, but in right button select terminal it can work ,now i was use sdk manger it was report me command terminated with error, maybe my jetson terminal loss is this error reason

Hi 3058563015,

Are you connect Ethernet cable on your Jetson board?
Just make sure, are you run the SDK Manager on Ubuntu x86 host machine?

Yes, I run SDK Manger on the x86 host, and my Jetson uses Ethernet. Although it prompts that I can’t connect to the network, what bothers me every time is the prompt of wrong password

Hi,

The password error is from your jetson. Not the host.

Are you sure you provided the correct account and password here?

If the password is wrong, I can’t even get there

I’m pretty sure my password is correct because I’ve tried to enter the wrong password

Can you directly run “apt-get update” on your jetson with that account and password and see if any error?

I can SSH Jetson on an x86 computer to do this

Time to export the full log from sdkmanager.

SDKM_logs_JetPack_4.6.2_Linux_for_Jetson_Nano_modules_2022-05-24_00-12-10.zip (99.2 KB)
There are too many log files. Which log file should I read

Hi,

Just want to clarify.

Is this user name and Chinese interface on your host or on jetson?

[sudo] yinjun 的密码:

in my host, but my host was english,my jetson was Chinese

Maybe this is the reason for the problem?

Not sure. Could you reflash your jetson again and configure it in English environment?

I found that there was an error in the python 3 boot in my usr / bin, which made my terminal unable to open normally. After I reconfigured the boot and modified the system language, SDK manager seemed to work normally. I don’t know whether it was caused by the system language or the python 3 boot error. In short, it began to work normally
