Hi,
Please connect the Xavier NX module to developer kit and try to flash Jetpack 4.6.3 or 5.1.1. And check if the issue is present.

If the issue still exists the the module is in warranty. Please follow the process in
Jetson FAQ | NVIDIA Developer
