Time sync of lidar and camera

Hi, all.
I want to acquire lidar and image data synchronouly,so how can i control the trigger of camera to ensure triggering the camera when lidar rotates to the middle of the fov of image. And how can i ensure the time sync of the camera and lidar? Thanks
