Where can I find the firmware of EFM/ATSAMD21G16B-AU

Hi there
we are desiging an Orin carrier board base on the design of Jetson_AGX_Orin_DevKit_Carrier_Board. found that the debug and button MCU could be usful, so we keep the design there, wonder where can I find the firmware for the chips EFM/ATSAMD21G16B-AU

just find the similar thread Does anyone have the firmware of ATSAMD21G16B on Jetson_AGX_Orin_DevKit_Carrier_Board, if ATSAMD21G16B-AU is only used for USB to serial port debugging, then this firmware is not needed. We will adopt our own debugging scheme for debug purpse

In addition to connecting UART2 and UART3, this MCU seems to have some power control functions. Is it redundant with the key processing MCU function of EFM8?

You can find the button MCU firmware is DLC. NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin, Jetson AGX Xavier, and Jetson Xavier NX Power Button Supervisor Firmware

Wonder If there is no special Button-related processing in NV’s official firmware, if just forwarding UART Debug data, then we don’t need the MCU and firmware.

After hw hack by removing the ATSAMD21G16B-AU from dev kit, button related funcions could work well. so it is fine for us now, just close this topic please.
