Where can I find the flash.xml or flash.cfg?

but I can not find the file mentioned in the document.

hello mozzie,

please set up your development environment with NVIDIA SDK Manager | NVIDIA Developer.
it’ll also download the JetPack release image to your local host machine, and you’ll see all related files for image flashing.
for example, ~/nvidia/nvidia_sdk/JetPack_4.5.1_Linux_JETSON_AGX_XAVIER/Linux_for_Tegra/
