Can't configure spi pins with 40-pin expansion header window

I follow jetsonhacks SPI on Jetson – Using Jetson-IO page to use spi but the window should be seen in this page appear then it close immediately. It just blink.

when I try to pmw3901 code (anyway ) from pmw3901 python code motion.py

this errors occur.
what should ı do?

note: I am new in linux

Who made the carrier board? Looks like the carrier board is made by a third party and it is not a dev kit from NVIDIA.
