Flash Error

I’m trying to flash my tx2 but keep getting the following error. Can you walk me through how to fix it. The flash gets all the way to 99.8% and then fails. Please provide step by step instructions on how to resolve this issue.

Hi chall012,

Please go to Linux_for_Tegra folder and run

sudo ./flash jeston-tx2 mmcblk0p1

and share the full log with us.

FYI, this is a good way to make a log (the “gawk” is to remove progress bar spam…if you don’t have gawk, then “sudo apt-get install gawk”, or just leave this out):

sudo ./flash.sh jetson-tx2 mmcblk0p1 2>&1 | gawk '{gsub("[0-9][0-9]+[/][0-9[0-9]+ bytes sent..",".");print}' | tee log.txt

Once you’ve created a post you can hover your mouse over the quote icon in the upper right and other icons will show up. The paper clip icon allows attaching a log file.
