HDMI doesn't work

hello everyone,i have design my own carrier board for jetson nano module(with 16GB eMMC),but the HDMI doesn’t work.On my board the CEC signal of the HDMI connector is pull down to GND with a 2k resistor.Here is the log info frome the debug uart.

  1. Please disconnect your hdmi cable and put the micro usb cable on your flash port.
  2. Enable the uart console on your host to /dev/ttyACM0 with baud rate 115200.
  3. Finish the account configuration
  4. After the device can boot into system, please connect HDMI cable back and dump the dmesg.

It is just a first debug process to check your log so HDMI is expected to be still not working.
However, the log seems not enough.

Please also try to hotplug the HDMI cable once and show us the dmesg. Thanks.

From the log below, the driver is able to read the display mode (1920x1080) and tries to unblank your monitor. Are you able to see the power indicator of your monitor goes up (even though it may show “no signal” on screen)? Could you also try with different HDMI cable and monitor to test?

Also, are you using a developer kit? or custom carrier board?

Hi,@WayneWWW yes the monitor’s power led is lighting.I have checked my schematics ,i have a mistake in the HDMI connector ,i used a type C connector but i assigned the signals of Type A,so one of the differential signal is keeps gnd.

Ok, does it work fine after fix the signal?

Hello : To get the HDMI plug and unplug logs, it will use the MicroUSB port, not the debug port? Thanks
