How to update USB Firmware in Jetson Orin AGX

As we are facing UART connectivity issues with Orin based on latest update we are trying to update the latest USB firmware, please let me know the process of updating firmware.
Below the link that was suggested to update USB Firmware.

Note: I am using Jetson Orin (32GB) with Jetpack 5.1.1

you can put new firmware to bootloader/xusb_t234_prod.bin and do full flash of your machine.

Flashed the Orin with new firmware upgrade. Still the problem hasn’t been solved.

Downloaded the overlay_xusb_35.3.1.tbz2 and pasted it in Linux_for_Tegra/bootloader/xusb_t234_prod.bin and flashed the orin with Jetpack 5.1.1

Can you please provide the exact path of Linux_for_Tegra/bootloader.?
Actually i have pasted it in Downloads/nvidia/Jetson_Linux_R35.3.1_aarch64.tbz2/Linux_for_Tegra/bootloader/xusb_t234_prod.bin

Do I have to paste it in /home//nvidia/nvidia_sdk/Jetpack_5.1.1_Linux_JETSON_AGX_ORIN_TARGETS/Linux_for_Tegra/bootloader/xusb_t234_prod.bin
