I can`t run omniverse. Please, help

After install, I type email-login. In the window it says: Please continue in your browser. But nothing happend… No windows open. Opening manually - nothing happens there. Can somebody help me with it?

Hello @threedmodeller! Are you using Windows or Linux?

If Windows, do you have a default browser selected?
Go to Settings > Default Apps, then look to see if you have your Default Browser defined. If not, try assigning one and let me know if this helps.

If not, could you send me a copy of your log files found here: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\.nvidia-omniverse\logs\launcher

How many screens do you have.
Your PC may have a browser open somewhere that you don’t see
(minimized?)
Nothing is going to appear to happen if you don’t see that open browser window which will require you to enter your nvidia password

I have the same issue; no browser is opened. My default browser is Brave.

@mf112 just fyi, there’s another user reporting similar issue but is getting a Not Found error. are you getting that as well?

i would suggest keeping an eye on that thread as well should the solution be presented. in the meantime, have you tried with other browsers (temporarily setting them as default browser)?

I switched the default browser to Chrome and can now log in successfully.

good to know. Brave is chromium so should not have any issues. as another Brave user, i haven’t ran into similar problems, yet.
