isaac sim version 5.1.0
I have a detailed bottle model with a glass body and liquids inside it.
When rendering using rtx-realtime 2.0, the color of the liquids are generally much darker than put it outside the glass body, especially when the light intensity is weak. Putting the liquids backward a single glass plane shows similar results.
Below are the render result of the two render modes with thin walled opened for all glass mesh. The scene consists of a domelight with 500 intensity, a disk light on the far top, and a glass plane in the center of the bottle. The max bounces are all set to 20+
You can see even passing a single plane of glass drops the light radically. Passing through the glass body makes it worse.
Adding lights and increasing light intensity does make rtx2.0”s render results closer to full path tracing. But it’s not applicable because what i need is dark scene. And full path tracing is too costly for me.
Is there any way to fix the shadow in rtx-realtime2.0?
