this probably has little relevance, but where are you sourcing these USD files, from the Nucleus server or local drive? i presume you’ve tried files from both locations?

Hi @Simplychenable , I have the files locally stored. I have trouble to set up a local nucleus server. I am assuming that the issue is more related to the new GPU where there might not be full support yet rather then how I open the file. I might be wrong though with this assumption.

you are probably right, but i figured it doesn’t hurt to ask. there were a few other threads revolving ERROR_DEVICE_LOST. most, if not all, were related to the driver version (an issue you were having trouble downgrading to); aside from that, there’s one post from this thread that stood out that mentioned a BIOS update.
