I am trying to run Isaac sim through omniverse, build 2021.1.1 is installed but when I click on launch, it just loads for sometime and stops. Specs: RTX2080 16gb ram i7 processor

Hi, you should be able to run Issac Sim with that specs. Can you share your logs? It’s located at ~/.nvidia-omniverse/logs/Kit/Isaac-Sim/2021.1.

The log looks fine. Did it crashed or hanged when it stops? Can you try running Isaac Sim with the -v or -vv flag and share the log please? You can either run it via terminal or add the flag in the Extra Args text box in the Isaac Sim App Launcher.

No it doesn’t hang or crash, when I click on launch it just says launching for a while and then stops. [Screenshot from 2021-07-22 10-49-23] and I don’t see any Extra Args text box in omniverse. What command to run isaac sim from terminal?

When I click on launch in the image I attached nothing happens. But I tried the terminal command you sent, that works. I haven’t setup nucleus yet, so will set it up and see if everything is working.

Ya in the steps mentioned the create a folder in a UI right, Where can I find it and where should download the asset file to. Becuse right now I have “nucleus service not configured warning now” Log files: kit_20210722_105105.log (37.6 KB) launcher.log (51.7 KB)

When you click Launch, the Isaac Sim App Launcher window should appear, then click Launch again.
You can run Isaac Sim directly with /home/krishna/.local/share/ov/pkg/isaac_sim-2021.1.1/isaac-sim.sh -v from terminal.
